Our Story

From Screamin Rooster to Smash Birds.

Before Smash Birds, our team ran Screamin' Rooster — a Nashville hot chicken and waffles concept in Philadelphia. Years behind that counter taught us hot chicken, restaurant operations, customer service, food development, and the Philadelphia food market.

Smash Birds is where that experience goes next. Same obsession with hot chicken, now with smash burgers on the flat-top beside it — two categories, one kitchen, one bold concept.
